KAQ Backup is an internal tool operated by K&A Quant Holdings Ltd (Company No. 16992263, England and Wales).
The app accesses only the Google Drive of the company's own account, to upload, list and download encrypted backup files of company servers.
Data is used solely to store and restore company backups. It is not shared with, sold to or transferred to any third party, and is not used for advertising or to train AI models.
KAQ Backup's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Backups are kept for a limited rotation and can be deleted at any time by the account owner. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page.
